Ventura Land Trust has been invited to attend several upcoming Earth Day celebrations in April. Unfortunately, it is impossible for VLT Staff to be everywhere all the time. Since this is a common occurrence, VLT seeks to recruit a team of committed ambassadors who truly enjoy captivating and engaging the public.
What does it take to become a Ventura Land Trust Ambassador?
- LEARN about Ventura Land Trust and engage the community
- TEACH people about our mission and programs
- RECRUIT other members and volunteers.
Ambassadors will represent VLT while sharing the organization's mission and values at various community events. For example, a VLT ambassador can introduce folks to the organization by sharing some of the 2022 accomplishments highlighted on the infographic below. Additional training will be provided.
