The Island Fox Tale
Join Ventura Land Trust for The Island Fox Tale, a presentation by certified wildlife tracker Mike Watling and members of Friends of the Island Fox, an organization dedicated to the preservation and protection of the island fox (Urocyon littoralis) on the Channel Islands. The Island Fox Tale will illuminate what distinguishes the iconic island fox, a creature found only in the Channel Islands ecosystem, from mainland foxes, and what makes the island fox an essential species for healthy island ecosystems.
