Join Ventura Land Trust’s Gear Garage Sale, a second-hand outdoor gear sale to benefit VLT.

Be part of this annual Spring benefit event, hosted by beer-and-gear partner Topa Topa Brewing Company, as a shopper and as a supporter by donating your used outdoor gear.

We’re looking for gently used gear, including:

  • Hiking Gear

  • Cycling Gear

  • Bikes

  • Watersports Gear

  • Climbing Gear

  • Jogging Strollers

  • Car Racks

  • Adventure Books

  • Guide Books

  • Backpacking Gear

  • Adult Outdoor Clothing

  • Kids Outdoor Clothing

  • Surfboard

  • Wetsuits

  • Outdoor Gargets

  • Camping Gear

  • Outdoor Cooking Gear

  • Camp Furniture

  • Dog Gear

  • Maps

  • No helmets or safety gear

  • No footwear unless it is in excellent condition + from an outdoor or running brand

  • No climbing ropes

  • No climbing harnesses

  • No used climbing hardware (carabiners, cams, nuts, draws + pitons)

Note: We CANNOT take the following

  •  No clothing from non outdoor brands

  • No socks

  • No underwear

  • No knives

  • No guns

We are looking for volunteers to help with logging, organizing, and tagging gear as well as day-of-event volunteers.
