Isabel Raigoza
Outreach Intern
Originally born in the Bay area, Isabel has grown up in Ventura since elementary school. She attended the University of San Diego and recently graduated with a BA in Environmental Ocean Science with a concentration in environmental studies.
Growing up, she has always had an interest in the natural world and regularly spent time in nature with her family. During the summer, she has interned with Ventura Land Trust and the Surfrider Ventura County Chapter where she helped with data entry, cleanups, and data management. Over the years and through her educational experience, she has become passionate about melding the natural world with urban landscapes through integration and diversity. The accessibility and preservation of green spaces for future generations is her main goal when it comes to giving back to her community.
In her free time she enjoys photography, outdoor activities, and spending time with friends and family.
