Jenise is a native Venturan who loves the outdoors. After a 20 year career in local government she now enjoys being an advocate for the historic Ventura Pier where she serves as Executive Director of Pier into the Future. Jenise is also preschool teacher where she loves to share outdoor education with young children. Her greatest joys are her 3 adult children and grandson. When not working Jenise enjoys hiking with her husband, hot yoga and volunteering in the community.
